My name is Giorgio Ortelli and I’m a full-time freelance Audio Engineer.
My passion for Sound and Music Production began over 22 years ago. I also have 15 years of experience in the Pro Audio Industry.
I currently own a studio equipped with state of the art hardware and software tools that cover all aspects of audio production, from start to finish.
My strongest skills are Audio Mixing & Mastering, and Sound Design.
I released several tracks through labels around the world and I performed my music in Argentina, Brazil, India, and many European countries (Austria, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom), since 2007, with my artistic guise Oblium.
In 2009 I started an independent record label where I can experiment and practice my passion for audio engineering, but also digital graphic design, website creation, and digital photography. What started off as a playground where I could unleash my creativity through audio and visual mediums, has now become an established point of reference in the niche of electronic underground music.
I love to walk in nature with my dog, record sounds, and take photos of wildlife and landscapes.
To get started doing a Mastering, for example, I would need a preview of the song to listen to, and provide suggestions to the customer for possible improvements before move into the mastering stage.
Reference tracks are very welcome to understand the final idea the customer has in mind, for both mixing and mastering services.
