Martín Cappi

Flutist, guitarist and music producer

Martín Cappi, is a flutist and guitarist, graduated from the San Martín de los Andes music school (Argentine Patagonia). He is currently studying for a degree in popular music at the National University of Cuyo (UNCuyo, Mendoza).
Among the instruments he plays are the piano, electric bass, sikus and quena. He is also a music producer with daw handling (Ableton 10) and music writing software (Sibelius 7).
He participated in various masterclasses of transverse flute, chamber music, harmony and Latin American popular music, with great teachers such as: Lars Nilsson, Beatríz Plana, Jeanne Baxtresser, Félix Renggli, Leopoldo Martí, Carlos Aguirre, Marcelo Moguilevsky, Juan Falú, Exequiel Mantega, Mariano “Tiki” Cantero, among others.
Member of the Patagonia Symphony Orchestra since 2011 to date, as well as several groups of Argentine and Latin American popular music as a flute interpreter mainly, and to a lesser extent playing andean winds (sikus and quena), guitar and bass.
He has performed concerts throughout the country (Río Negro, Chubut, Neuquén, Mendoza, Buenos Aires, San Luis, Córdoba, Santa Fé, Entre Ríos) and abroad (Chile, Paraguay, Peru, Colombia, United States). It has also participated in the “Nacional Fest of Vendimia”, 2015 and 2020 editions, “harvest festival”, 2013 and 2014 editions and various national and international festivals.
